1. OMDS I didn't even need to change my tampon. Great, I have just wasted one. Why must they be so expensive?!

3. Okay, I am completely scared to get up, what if I have leaked?! That's it I am not getting up. Great, that's my stop next..Just casually put the bag behind you. I totally feel like they are staring.

Uncertainty

4. I can't tell whether this is genuinely annoying me or it's just my hormones. Would I feel like this every other day?.Let me think about this before I react. Wait, I think this might be a genuine emotion...Yup, you breathing is just...ugh.... Proceed to react.

Guilt

5.I am promised myself that this time I will NOT binge eat. I have to stay healthy. Let me just have a small chocolate bar. 8 bars later.....You know what I deserve this. I don't even feel guilty anymore.

6. Ahh this sleep is just so lush right now. YES, the dream is just about to get good....wait what is that I feel. No don't wake up. Don't... Ugh. I need to go to the toilet. Let me try and hold it and catch a few more zzz's maybe I can resume that dream. Wait no I can't. I NEED to change my tampon, I actually forgot I was even on.
